Buy something and rent it out locally - buy a pressure washer for $300 and rent it out for $20 per day. Middleman something - find some students who are willing to clean apartments for 10 bucks an hour.. find somebody who is willing to pay 20 bucks an hour. Spend $100 on a website, some tshirts for your cleaning crew and some basic cleaning products. Pay for your own education/training/certification to further your career so that you'll easily earn an extra $30+ per day. Buy some weapons/bomb/war shares and sit back and get rich as we head into world war 3.
