Winning Bet settled as refunded

Hello Friends, I really don't understand what stake does. He refunded my winning bet, and even just the bet I placed. A friend of mine played the same match and it ended as a win. I really don't understand what they are doing. These are not explained in words.

I'm friend @mousaS said about. My bet was made just 11 minutes before MousaS's bet, it was written on the site that the match would start at 16:00 TR time. The start time of the match is already shown in the picture below. This match was just about to start when MuosaS made this bet. Ofc I know some lol matches can start earlier than expected.

When MousaS bet, all playable bets were open and the match had not started yet. How do I know because we were talking about this match on the chat and I was watching the live on youtube.




What happened is very clear. Live support cancels this match upon receiving the information that this match is bo5. But this is not true, the match is bo3. Did the sports provider give this information to live support? If so, please let us contact the sports provider.

I told my friend to make this bet and he went through such a situation because of me. Maybe he would get max win in any slot with this money. Can you say that this will not happen? But he only received 1x his money.

In short, this is exactly the situation. The bet is placed before the match. The bet ends with the prediction made. The bet is won but voided by Stake. The player does not have any suspicious betting situation, it is not a bet he made incorrectly. What's the problem ?

Your sports provider lied to you about the this match. Those words must have come out of his ass to say that this league match was bo5 (I'm not saying for live support). If there is an error with your sports provider, the sports provider is responsible for this. Not your player!

Man, when you made Your bet, what were the possible results? More than 2x1? If not, I Would insist with live support with a little less "agressive" words, showing the proofs the was a bo3, that you bet 2x0 and.have the rights tô receive the win. If appeared to you that was a Bo5 and you still could bet 2x0, unfurtunately it was.a.mistaken.
