Everyone here agrees that to get 1 raffle ticket, you must wager 1000?

Last week I had 762 tickets. This means that I have wagered 762,000

 

Now, when I try to claim Steve's high roller drop bonus that had a minimum requirement of 500k wager, it says I cannot claim

 

Livesupport won't give me any answers, they only diss me off and say there is nothing that we can do.

 

They tell me that marketing says I haven't met the required wager but I clearly have

 

 

What is going on? I ask multiple live support people and they just keep telling me that it has already been looked at, please refer to above explanation....but

count the days that have passed, look this week I wagered 400$ my weekly was .04 $ I just can not imagine the system was wrong but if it is wrong there is 99.99% that you can not win the case. You can try to win the case for the good of the community but you wont be getting any giveaway money. But I hope this finds you well and you will stay strong.

They did this crap to me a few months ago. I don't remember the exact numbers but I basically had around 11k wager between Wednesday and Friday (11 tickets). You would THINK that would be enough for an 8k wager req on Saturday drops... nope. They gave me some copypasta and pretty much told me to move along. Shit keeps getting worse around here.
