The Kazakhstan President calls for the United Nation to set up a common rules for the crypto regulations. Although there was also a report that the Kazakhstan’s National Bank wants the banning crypto use and mining. If its something you don't understand or can't control, make it illegal ;)! Its not surprise that someone calls for a global regulation. I'm not surprised by this. For an effected and fully implemented use of a crypto, there will be no way around any regulation to the market. Lately you seeing a lot of planned and waived regulations in different nations. They want to get that thing under control. Sure they see the potential (or maybe not every government) and want to use it for their purposes.
