I placed a bet on ice hockey player props. I encountered a prop that says "shots" if i recall correctly there was a prop called SOG before so I asked if the SHOTS market include missed shots. Support said yes. I have attached the conversation. I am just having following some people from twitter copying their bets and I have my bet sport:136197470 and I am watching it hyped thinking I won only to lose. I asked another live support and he said only SOG counts as shots. They apologized, but apologies won't bring my win/bet back.
