xThatOneGuy Posted February 26, 2024 #1 Posted February 26, 2024 Hello, a little over two weeks ago, I created an account on Stake with a welcome bonus. I played for about an hour, and suddenly I received a message stating that my account had been excluded, and I was asked to contact support. I then contacted live support, who directed me to email resolutions@stake to explain my situation. It has now been over two weeks, during which I have sent three to four emails to this address and still, no one has responded and my account remains excluded. After contacting live support again and asking what I should do, I received the same response: "Wait!" My account is verified at level two, and I genuinely have no idea why my account is suspended. I earnestly request assistance so that my email or concern can be addressed promptly, and I can at least receive a reason for the account's ban or exclusion. I hope to receive answers to my questions and that this matter will be resolved promptly. Best regards, xThatOneGuy
