I've got 5700x on the second bet. It seems you didn't check it. Normally I remove old bets if I hit bigger, but in this case I forgot. I'm really sorry for that.

P.S: I did not claimed yet.

thank you for reaching out to us.

I see now that you posted 2 bet IDs, but the program which we use for eligibility checking is picking up only one bet ID (the first one posted). The program is designed that way because in The Return of the King Promotion, you are only allowed to post one bet ID. We are not able to check every single entry manually and to remove ineligible bets, or bets with lower multiplier. 

I am sorry that you forgot to remove the bet with lower multiplier, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done now, as the Promotion is finished and all the prizes have already been paid out.
