Hey @SanjaT, thanks for the fast coupons, i think i had a mistake with the Casino Multiplier coupon of this week, i claimed it but it was 40$ and the min prize should be 80$, can you please look into it? thanks 🙂

thank you for reaching out to us. 

You and user "Twiesel" are sharing the $80 USD prize because you had the same multiplier (625.9x).

This Promotion is only for 50 users and the prize pool is $10.000 USD, therefore if 2 or more users hit the same multi, then they share the prize.

For example, the prize for the first place is $1800, but if 3 users had the same multi, they would share the first place, and they would share the prize as well (they'd get $600 each).

I hope I clarified this a bit.

I just had to share my prize cause some other 2 people hit 1836x on multirace too.

This really make no sense to have to share it, if the multi is the same, just order it on date of betamount.

I received 30$ less then someone who had hit like 540x (50 instead of 150$), while ending top 20.

I really think this isnt to hard to understand it not fair at all. Please fix this.
