The debate is still on, In Russia cryptocurrencies are still unregulated but they are in talks or discussions whether cryptocurrency have a real value or the other way around. 

Although the Justice Minister Alexander Konovalov told to the press that cryptocurrency is “other property”.

I thought he said cryptos were digiat currency and btc was digital right. Seems like I heard it wrong
