Still not a damn thing after 8 hours. I want to trust stake, I really do. But this kind of stuff is kind of sketchy as hell. Like why not let people know you're doing 'maintenance' prior to disabling people's credits? Because the money is already in your pocket, stake. The transaction has been confirmed this whole time, as I'm sure everyone else's also is. The ball is literally in your court, guys.

Still nothing. I'll probably attach screenshots and update again in the near future because I'm now hyper-fixated on this shit.

Also, it should be noted that THERE HAS YET TO BE ANY KIND OF NOTICE ISSUED VIA TWITTER OR TELEGRAM REGARDING THE PROBLEM.

Pretty simple.

 

I deposited some XRP to my normal XRP address and destination tag like I do every 2 days. I log in to stake and usually it's already there.

 

However, today, even after my deposit had been confirmed as successful on the XRP ledger, there's nothing in my account to reflect that.

In fact, I can't even see my XRP address or destination tag anymore, just a little error box that pops up in the corner that says "Withdrawal address is incorrect or the wallet is temporarily unavailable. Please contact support.". So I did.


Live support responded by saying:

"Due to regular maintenance, there's a small delay with XRP transactions at the moment, but once everything's up and running at regular pace, you should be able to make a transaction.

We do not have an ETA, but we hope everything will be back to normal within a couple of hours.

Thank you for your patience and understanding! 🍀"

 

I don't recall anything regular about this kind of "maintenance". Also, I already made the transaction, so I brought that concern up as well. He replied:
"I understand your concerns; however, there is no need to worry. It is necessary to patiently await for those funds to be processed once the maintenance is over."

And now as I'm watching Stake chat get more crowded with the same complaint I have, I'm wondering why there hasn't been a telegram or tweet issued about the XRP deposits being down right now especially as it's not an XRP Ledger issue, it's a Stake-side issue.

 

Here's to hoping things work out sooner rather than later.

Depositei algum XRP em meu endereço XRP normal e etiqueta de destino, como faço a cada 2 dias. Eu faço login na aposta e geralmente já está lá.

 

No entanto, hoje, mesmo depois de meu depósito ter sido confirmado como bem-sucedido no livro razão XRP, não há nada em minha conta que reflita isso.

Na verdade, não consigo mais ver meu endereço XRP ou etiqueta de destino, apenas uma pequena caixa de erro que aparece no canto dizendo "O endereço de retirada está incorreto ou a carteira está temporariamente indisponível. Entre em contato com o suporte". Então eu fiz.


O suporte ao vivo respondeu dizendo:

“Devido à manutenção regular, há um pequeno atraso nas transações de XRP no momento, mas quando tudo estiver funcionando em ritmo regular, você poderá fazer uma transação.

Não temos um HEC, mas esperamos que tudo volte ao normal dentro de algumas horas.

Obrigado pela sua paciência e compreensão! 🍀 "

 

Não me lembro de nada regular nesse tipo de "manutenção". Além disso, eu já fiz a transação, então também levantei essa preocupação. Ele respondeu:
"Compreendo suas preocupações; entretanto, não há necessidade de se preocupar. É necessário aguardar pacientemente que esses fundos sejam processados assim que a manutenção terminar."

E agora, enquanto vejo o bate-papo da Stake ficar mais lotado com a mesma reclamação que tenho, estou me perguntando por que não houve um telegrama ou tweet emitido sobre os depósitos de XRP estarem desativados agora, especialmente porque não é um problema do XRP Ledger , é uma questão do lado da estaca.

 

Esperamos que as coisas funcionem mais cedo ou mais tarde.
