"Moon Challenge" not get paid out???

As I have heard, people got 90 Dollars. I did this promotion in time, it was only for verified lvl 2 German players. As it was written I had time until the end of the 7th. And I made some of the archivements a lot earlier but can't open the bet archive to look into it ( even support couldn't say a site which is working, so I'm not able to look into old bets).

I  archived these 2 games earlier. It's not the problem to see the bet archive, the problem is to open the

. json file and read out the multipliers and games. Can you help me out? So I can provide the other 2 bet id's. 

 

I don't understand that too. You do a promotion only for German players but I have to watch another time line? Where have this been written?it's clearly written if you have made the bets in time to the end of the 7th and I did it. There is no sentence like keep watch the timline because we take only ours... It Looks like I get scammed....

Can you show me where the timeline thing is written? Because I searched the whole article from this promotion and it was clearly not written there. I really feel scammed...

And I'm still waiting for a response to look into the stake bet archive files... 

 

Doesn't feel good as a customer ( Plat 5) to play here nowadays. Lost a lot of money to reach the goal and in the end you tell me such things, which are not written anywhere.

Unfortunately I am not able to provide you with the screenshot of this promotion, because it has already expired, and it has been removed from the site, but I will explain where the exact time and date are written on the example of another promotion.

I will take Stake vs Eddie promotion as an example. If you click on this link where all promotions can be found (https://stake.com/promotions), you will see both, time and date:

When you click on the title of the promotion (here is the link: https://stake.com/promotions/promotion/stake-versus-eddie), you will only see dates when the promotion started and when it ends, like on the screenshot you provided us with. But you will not see the exact time again:

I took Stake vs Eddie as an example, but you can check out yourself and see that it is the same for every single promotion available at the moment, as it was the case with To the Moon! promotion.

I hope that I clarified this a bit. 

For the bet archive opening issue, if support agents asked you to wait, that means that they are working on resolving that issue, and they will for sure contact you with an answer as soon as possible.

@SanjaT the bet archive files are broken for 2 monthes now..... The problem is already reported and acknowledged.

 

 @dawid-m  take a look at my bet archive viewer thread, I just added another small tool to fix the broken archive files.

then you can use the fixed file with my archive viewer to find  any bet id with ease 😎

Yes, that is correct, an issue exists, and the team in charge is working on fixing it as we speak. I am not able to tell for sure when it will be fixed, I hope very soon.

But, if @dawid-m or any other user provide us with valid bet IDs for this, or any other promotion when the issue is resolved, they will receive their prizes.
