Before asking support for assistance about bugs or malfunctions of stake 

Try to clear cache and cookies first

If still there is a problem then that is the time you conact them

Hehe, wilbur, not that we're complaining, this is our job :D 

Cleaning cache and cookies usually helps after the update, for it to be effective in a way ;) But not every time ofc... sometimes it is a visual bug, sometimes a real bug, and some players have problems with transactions, so that definitely requires our assistance! ;)

Huehue it is your job to be support but it is not bad to reduce the workload. Unless if the salary is reduced too. Haha

Agree with Burito Man. :D

Basic troubleshooting first:

  • Clearing cache and cookies.
  • Changing browsers.
  • Restarting Computer/Phone.

If problem still persist, kindly contact our Beautiful Live Support Team and they will do their best to help. :D

There are certain issues that are not resolved using troubleshooting. So better observe. If it is an official bug, everyone is affected too most likely.

Also try your best to try and resolve your issue in the chat. Most users in the chat are more than happy to lend a hand.

Brilliant topic @wilbur. After few months you will be one of the support team I guess. Just kidding. Next time I find bug I will report to you first and you will report it to support. hahaha

If you find that nothing above works, ive heard that setting your computer or device on fire solves the issue every time.
