Third time not eligible for a promotion bu error

Hello @SanjaT and @NikolaRa.

 

First I'm sorry to waste your time here but I couldn't find another way to get in contact and resolve my problem.

 

It has been a few time I do everything to complete challenges, where I am 100% eligible for a promotion, but as a result I don't get any price and I don't figure in the list of the winners of that promotion.

 

For now, I'll just talk about the 2 most recents, for the vip promotion of last week, so "the return of the king - week 142" and also "Higher or Lower challenge". 
 

My bets, which were posted here, in the same order:

meet all the requirements to be eligible for the challenge. I'll also link both screenshot to verify that if needed.

 

So could you please help me to understand why today is the 4th time I'm not in the lists?

I don't know maybe it's just something I don't get, but I legit think that I met all the conditions necessary for the promotions. 

 

Support couldn't help at any time so this is my last chance to get to understand.

Return of the King promotion has minimum bet requirement 0,2$. Your Bet ID has bet of 0,1$

Also the Higher or Lower promotion says, that the first card must be Six(6), your bet ID has Ace as first card.
