bsliman9 Posted March 13, 2024 #1 Posted March 13, 2024 on 06/03/2024 (a week ago) i bought bonus buy cost 25 cad$ in game called Ragna's Roch (GameART). i finally got full screen wilds : Then i got this message. you can see the video here aswell i had already won 283.45 cad$ and still 2 spins left every spin worth 250 cad$ because i had full screen wilds. i should get in total 783.45 cad$. but instead i got nothing as seen on this picture. (you can see the "BALANCE AFTER" on GRID G000302edaddd is empty) after 24 hours they (GAMEART) even delete the history and now i see it empty like on this picture i contacted the support 5 times, and every time the support give me this message: "It seems like our Tech Support team is still waiting for the update from the payment provider, I really hope this will be resolved soon as well." (message from 09/03/2024). well till now as i send this message 13/03/2024 (a week after i bought that bonus still not received anything). i am really speechless and hopeless. till today the bet ID still not closed and its "under investigation" (lol) can anyone help ??? @Edward
