Smallacus-2 Posted March 16, 2024 #1 Posted March 16, 2024 I got sent $25 bonus and it’s inactive They refuse to give it to me and after 1 hour of talking. Saying she’s escalated it etc she gave me the same response as 1 hour before. No expiry dates on the email and apparently all bonuses have a secret expiry date we won’t know about. I gave her two options. Hand me the $25 I was offered in the email. Or to ban my account as I don’t want to be on a site that can’t honour their bonuses sent over. I ask to be banned if I don’t get it. I which means I’d lose well over $25 of future bonuses but that’s not what I care about. I just care about the principle of honouring what they gave me. Yet she refuses to do either.

Even gave me the wrong spot to look for them the reason why I missed them in first place. it's sad to give a bonus cuz clearly your playing on the site then don't honor it made me check out some others sites myself
