Cant Redeem Birthday Bonus After 7 Days, Is It Gone?

Just realised i eligible for a Birthday Bonus and make me reallyexcited, but sadly its past 7 days and after that i can’t redeem my first Birthday Bonus on Stake. I already ask support about that but they said cant help about this matter, anyone know how to fix that?🥲
