LvL Up Event - No Support - No Link

Hello, the results of the event LvL Up are here on the page. My name is on it. I haven't gotten the bonus from Lvl Up from anyone yet, I can't write to the support somehow and I can't find anything else. Where I can request the bonus. Who sends me the link to it. Um, can someone please help me or send me the link and explain to me why Live Support is not there to write a message?
