It is even harder to stop when you are losing. I frequently advise people set a win target. Just as important is a loss limit. It doesn't matter most of the time as people are smart enough to only deposit what they want to play, or are using faucet etc so it does not matter. But if for some reason you keep a balance on stake, set a loss limit as well as a win target. Good Luck!
