Hello, Four days ago I received this email from stake. And the same day I wagered 1k, and now after 4 days i asked support to see whats up why did i not get it in 48 hours. And this is what they say to me, they said im not eligble for the offer. How is it possible to be this fraudental, I expect a direct respornd from Eddie as this is 100% fraud againts me, they are sending fraudental offer.

I never receive these promotions, the only email I receive is the monthly one. And look, I'm platinum 3.

look at the exact time you get the email. As long as you wagered the $1000 within 48 hours of when the email was sent to you, then you would of qualified. I got a similar email but I did not see it until after 48 hours, which was annoying.

I wagered the same day i received it. Now imagine the popular actions like buy 2 apples get 1 for free, you see mass people start buying apples and then the owner says to all these people sorry but you are not eligble for the free apple for no reason, is it theft what are they doing, its not even legal to do this what are they doing. I expect detailed apology from support team/Eddie and that i receive my bonus.

this is a strange marketing email 
lets say you wager $1000 if you play on Dice with 1,012..% of losing you should need about $12 depends on the bet size. 
But than with the Rakeback you should have $0.8 rakeback as well and they will give you a $100? 

But that is irrelevant because they sad you are not eligible  
Looks like they just want to trick you to log in again and play again
