Unprofessional and Disrespectful 'Customer Care' called Marko

How can a global brand like Stake have people as disrespectful as 'Marko' as a customer care representative? How is he even allowed to talk to clients and solve their issues.

I went to support to ask for help concerning failure to place a bet, and this guy acts like he's doing me a favor by answering my question - as if I'm wasting his time by explaining my issue to him when he gives a broad answer without even bothering to type or spell correctly.

Disrespectful individual should not be allowed to answer any client's support inquiries, what an honestly disgusting representation to a company like Stake. If this is how the 'Sportsbook Manager' speaks to people inquiring about issues, he might as well have told me to 'F*** off*' while I was explaining my problem.

So much for being excited about getting to 'Platinum 5' rank, I've wagered almost 4 million dollars for this guy to come and act like he doesn't have time to answer my questions?

I really hope someone from Stake Management sees this and takes this seriously because this is such a bad image and honestly unprofessional.

Did you read his message? *ironic*

Thats not a way to manage the customers, even if his.message was clear. You were not disrespectuful in any moment.

Right? To be honest I've had so many support agents be so patient and kind when I have an issue, and make sure they either help me understand the issue or solve it if it could be solved. Thus I'm DEFINITELY not saying or even hinting that everyone is like that, not at all.

But this guy is so rude that I had to post about this, what kind of 'customer service' is this? Whether I'm someone who has wagered 4 million dollars - or someone who just joined, how can you have people on your team / in your company talking to your clients like this?

He even had the nerve to tell me 'I'm the sportsbook manager' when I asked for a manager, like he's telling me 'I can't do shit' - what a disrespectful attitude

@Zamia2001 if odds provider is updating markets on it and it's 'unavailable', you would not be able to choose it. Just like when you're betting on a game that is live and all markets disappear. Thus this is definitely not a one answer situation, at least if it was, then after I explained my situation, don't answer with 'Did you read my message?' - The issue isn't him being able to solve it for me, the issue is the lack of professionalism - second reply into the chat and he says that lol. What is this a 'one sentence reply' service? should I pay for the second? lol

Besides Zamia how can 'tired' be a valid excuse for a persons behavior when your job is literally caring for customers.

It's just my assessment to him based on his answer to your question. he just want to give one answer and that is..thou you really want to have some further clarifications/and some discussions about your issues..
