Have you ever think of quitting gambling including stake for good?

I took a 4 Week break from everything that's related to crypto or gambling. It was like really refreshing and it made me more calm in things like gambling. I was on a big losing streak and I got really mad when I lost so I figured it would be nice to get a break.
