I find myself deeply frustrated and perplexed by a recent experience on Stake. After eagerly placing a bet with accepted odds, I was shocked to discover that my winning wager had been inexplicably removed without any notification. What's most baffling is that this seems to occur only when I secure a significant win, leaving me to wonder about the fairness and consistency of the platform's practices.

Upon reaching out to support for clarification, I received a disheartening response indicating that my bet had been rejected without any specific reason provided. This lack of transparency is deeply concerning, especially considering the substantial number of bets I've placed on the platform without encountering such issues, except when I stand to win big.

Furthermore, the frustration is compounded by the fact that I've been eagerly awaiting the opportunity to utilize the free 3 odds parlay that I've been promised, only to be met with disappointment and uncertainty.

It's bewildering to think that out of over 50,000 users, it appears that I am the sole recipient of such treatment. This leaves me questioning whether there are underlying reasons for singling out my bets for removal.

While the refund of my money is appreciated, it pales in comparison to the anticipation and excitement I felt upon G2's rare loss. I had eagerly anticipated sharing this victory with my friends, only to be met with disappointment and frustration.

Moving forward, I implore Stake to provide more comprehensive explanations for bet rejections and to ensure that such incidents are communicated to users in a timely manner. Additionally, I urge them to consider offering compensation or bonuses to mitigate the inconvenience caused to loyal users like myself.

As someone deeply invested in sports betting, I value fairness and transparency above all else. This experience has left me questioning whether Stake truly prioritizes these principles.

Yes he had shared this on the chat too and as it showed win. Bet cancelled and he got his bet money back. Please remove a solution for this as this is not how bets should work. We beleive Eddie and stake removes a solution for this right away .

@Edward @yosrbackDid the support give you a logical explanation for this mishap? Clearly the bet placed is a win and I dont see any reason for it to be voided and refunded.

Eddie should look into this.

there is a ton of issues when it comes to support. They send you here and there. make you wait and all. Most of times there responses are worse than auto responders. more often than nought they don't even know the right things.

The best thing that could happen here is that they credit you with the prize as shown by your winning bet, they should take care of the user, lately it feels like things are done wrong and that they have forgotten us.

 

Unfortunately, the Stake sports betting provider is characterized by how bad it is, not to mention how EXPENSIVE it is to bet on Stake.

I agree, the stake provider is terrible. It crashes, does not confirm the bet and does not provide decent markets.

Some time ago for me i had a bet where one of my events had some issue with odds starting from lets say 12:00 to 12:05 as said by support , and they paid it out as odds of 1.00.  I had placed the bet at 11:50 and don’t know why  it was adjusted if the time frame was not the fault one. Didn’t receive 100$ on that bet because of it
