Question Mark About Reloads

Hello guys,

 

I was a gold vip yesterday. I did around 570k wager that day and leveled up to plat 2. 

So plat 1 reload is 14 days, plat 2 is 28. When I talked to live support they said that 2 reloads can not be active at the same time, so plat 1 reload is gone. But when I checked my transaction today, I saw that my plat 1 reload was around 9$, and my current is 12$. I think this is weird because if it is really merged then my plat 2 claim was 3$? Live support did not help much, I just want to ask about you guys opinions.

Also if you guys have any idea about weekly - monthly bonus calculations, could you guys guess what will be my weekly - monthly?

Yes and live support says this repeatedly:

I'm truly sorry to hear that you're not satisfied with the bonus amount but we are not able to influence it as the bonus is sent and calculated by our Marketing team.

All amounts are double checked before they are sent out so the amounts that are sent out are correct.

Funny, if that is the case you should make an explanation. They have been cutting from bonuses more and more each month, they will lose their customers if they treat this like that. Whatever.
