Why everytime I just want $2. I end up losing like $128 on limbo. I wait until I don’t hit 2x 4 times too. It just feels so rigged

Go for a big multiplier, then when you don't hit it, drop down to 2x, and the big multiplier will happen the very next press. Literally every time!
