Loyal old stake players not getting single promo on email

hi 
this last week I saw people who have semi-new or new accounts with promos in their email for 50, 100 or 150 $, it's sad when people with older accounts and millions of bets made on originals etc. haven't received anything since the date of the account created. I ask Eddie and the entire marketing team to think about this issue, because I don't think it's normal, it should be for everyone who bets every day, not depending on the rank

Stop depositing and playing, and don't sign in for a couple of weeks, then they'll send you a bonus. They want to pull people back in, not reward loyalty.

It’s normal that casino is rewarding new members with promotion to make them stay. You as a loyal members already benefiting on the Rakeback and other promotions related to VIP level while new members doesn’t have this feature yet.

The persons getting these email are accounts that lost and then stopped playing. Its nasty marketing but it works to bring players back. It has nothing to do with the loyalty system. 
 

if you want a bonus then log out from all devices and dont claim any bonuses or drops or anything. Then a month later you might get a bonus.  
 

Fiat casinos usually give these kind of bonuses to players that lost alot during the last 3 month. Even if they still active. This is the one thing stake is really really bad on to take care of a player that is on a big cold run.

I'm Plat 4 and haven't received a single email promo either :PP the closest as I've gotten are all these phising emails that looks identical to something that stake could've sent.

When you play 10000$ on dice, lose maybe 500 or even more and as a benefit you get 5$ rakeback, haha. Get serious man.

create two accounts, one account deposit 1 time a decent amount and play with it. Then never use that account again. Also make sure you say you are from an affluent country like Canada on that account. Give it 6 months to a year and the promo free money will start coming in your email for that account. 

Also, when you get the promo money, play Stake originals, you will hit multiple 1000x on Plinko etc

No jokes. And then you will know for a fact it;s all rigged.
