Bets not voided even when the game had a wrong scoreline

The support team isn't replying and just sent me a pre typed message for 3 bets which had an issue of wrong scoreline in a basketball game where a team had an extra point throughout. When the game concluded a bet of mine was adjusted as per the correct scores but the other two bets ended in a loss. Don't you think all these bets should be voided. Can someone please help me raise this issue further. I'll share the details of the bet if someone is willing to help me as that amount really matters to me.

Mate I think stake is a complete sham website that being said in this case they aren't wrong and every sports book will cover themselves similarly with the scores and or scoreboards they use.
