Customer Support doesnt want to give me my bonus

Hello,

I received an email: pay in 150$ and wager at 1100$ in 3 days and you get a 150$ bonus. 

I did it and fulfilled the requirements, wagered even way more than that.

Today I want to redeem the bonus which was sent to me via email.

The code doesnt work anymore, expired. Now they dont want to give me my bonus. 

There was no date of expiry or anything to that matter explained or mentioned in the emails. 

I want to receive my bonus and hope someone here can help me. 

The live support just copy pasting the same message over and over doesnt help.

I had a similar issue in the past and as goodwill you can still receive the missed out bonuses.
