Questions about NCAA promotion

Hello all.

I would like to make a few observations about this promotion due to the fact that some players may be taking advantage of some flaws to get the upper hand over others.
I analyzed all 15 pages of the promotion, item by item, and I could see that some players posted their username in the ESPN group but didn't link it to their forum stake username.
The forum post page is locked so it's impossible to make any changes, but on the ESPN site it's possible to make changes so it's clear that there are more accounts in the bracket than on the forum, suggesting that a player has created several brackets so that he can participate on the forum with more than one account, so when his bracket has a good score he'll simply change the name of his bracket on the ESPN site to match the one posted here on the forum.
As I still have a chance of being in the top 10 if the games in question are completed as expected, I would like you to kindly make a better assessment of the participants so that there are no differences when it comes to defining the real winners of the promotion.
Below I'm sending you some images of what I've identified so far.
- All the players with the name 'ESPNFANxxx' on this list do not have a linked forum account, so they should be considered disqualified, not least because they can change the name of their bracket at any time.

As i said you the People start changing the names from ESPN Bracket if you look at that guy on my screenshot earlier you see ESPNFAN2852210803 changed his name for Edisutrisnu01.

Could you please verify this ?

But simple having a espn name dont mean they have cheated i belive tho as when you create an account on espn you get a name like that, if they have linked it on the forum page I mean it should be fine. I did that a year ago linked my espn name. I have a chance aswell as there is 16 people ahead of me that have purdue as winner if that would to happen I need 6 people to be disqualified to get a prize. I just dont see how they will find the abusers. The only way is to get info from espn on which people changed their bracket name after the promo started. And i dont think that will happen.

Oh wow I actually went trough the people having Purdue as winner above me atm.

All these has not posted their bracket on forum. Meaning if Purdue wins I will get 7th i think hehe Now I dont think Purdue has a chance against Uconn they just shoot to well, but hey miracles can happen.

I mean, the topic here in forum is closed, so i looked into every single post and realize that this People with names ESPNxxx dont have linked their account to espn and now the topic is closed, that means if they try to chance their bracket name we should verify before define the winners

There is one of the Purdue winner that still has their espnname and linked on the forum so its not everyone.

Anyway I took prints of everything so no point for them to change names now if they had Purdue   But yeah like its hard to know if the 7 ahead of me changed their name as the example you posted earlier. But lets hope Nikola has it covered in some way. Best of luck JuosaLZK.

Hope nikolaRa or admin have early screenshot or notice if someone change their espn, so the winner is fair winner.

Yup guessing they forgot and saw thread and changed....But he will be disqualified for sure as you even posted proof in the thread. Also most people that was trying to cheat probably changed their name after first round. They will be harder to catch.

I was looking for other years promotion in 2022 and 2023 the prize were doubled for level 2 verified players ... why doesn't this year they double the prize ??

It's crazy to witness this kind of manipulation and cheating. Hopefully this will get maximum attention and every post or multiple entries will get looked into for fair prize distribution.

I'm guessing I'm out of any prize with my 550 points 😆 But good luck to others 🙏

Was hoping that was a mistake and was left out as that kinda stuff happens. I guess we will see, but they have always doubled these type of promos so fingers crossed.

You name start with ESPN and your post here start with ESPN.. no problem, bcz you linked your account with your ESPN name and the topic is closed.

The point here is that people linked their ESPN account here with their name on brackets and after seeing a good position they change their brackets name like these guys, changed their bracket name after seeing a better score

I did find it very odd that there were over 900 entries and only 364 forum posts. Very fishy, wish the promo was paid on how many espn entires there were lol because then the prize pool would go up significantly. Assuming they are only basing it on legit forum posts at this time.
