SalsaBotanera Posted April 3, 2024 #1 Posted April 3, 2024 I claimed the code: tg5p3ojd4ztheusjase I was in time, since it didnt gave me the Inactive code message. It said my wager was too low instead. So I checked my wagering of the past 7 days, which was 16k+ The wager requirements were only 10k. I contacted support and they wont fix their error on their side, but instead they trying to convince me I was too late, which obviously wasnt the case. Is it normal on stake that they wont take responsibility for their mistakes and instead of fixing it, trying to put the mistake on the players? Update: Support tells me now, they put the status of the drop on not active manually. Im having a hard time to believe this is done manually tbh:

Gilwayne33 Posted April 4, 2024 #3 Posted April 4, 2024 Wow I had the same issue but I entered in everything properly it was loading how it normally does when you’re gonna get it and then there was an issue and took me back to enter bonus drop and entered again said code was inactive

I tried my best to get it fixed, but they dont care and keep repeating i didnt met the wager or was too late, while that wasnt the case. I was in time, and had enough wager. Still they dont solve it and keep turning around it: Im 100% sure it showed the message i didnt met the wager requirement. And no, i didnt took a screenshot of it at that time, I checked my wagering of the past week, and I had enough wagered. Im pretty sure they could check logs to see that i received the not enough wager requirement message, but the dont want to check, or they did check and just act they dont know and need my screenshot.
