Automatic Baccarat Bets Issue on Stake Platform (Live casino)

Hi Everyone, I've been playing on Stake since 2017 username: caveman01 and I'm also familiar with all of the original games and live games there, as well as how to play. Now, let me explain with you the details of what happened to me so you can get an understanding.

When I go to the live casino's baccarat section, there are several tables. When I enter on a specific table, my bet is automatically placed with my entire balance. I also tried to reset, but there were only a few seconds left, so some of my money returned. Because of my large balance, I was unable to reset the entire amount. Please look into my case and refund my money; this is not a big deal, I have recorded a video twice times, which I will share with you. 

KEYPOINTS:
1) Automatic Bets: When I entered the Baccarat section, my entire balance was automatically bet on multiple tables without my permission.
2) No Time to Correct: I tried to reset the bets, but time ran out, and I couldn't fix it in time. As a result, I lost a significant amount of money.
3)Lack of Controls: There's no option to bet on every section at once in Baccarat, so the automatic bets were unexpected and unintended.
4)Evidence Provided: I have video proof and screenshots showing what happened.
5)Willing to Demonstrate: I'm happy to show you what's still happening with my balance and share my screen if needed.

Please investigate this issue and refund the lost amount promptly. I believe fixing this not only helps me but also ensures fair play for all users.

Support failed to provide me with a satisfactory response when they said, "You're using an extension, but I'm not using anything." If people don't believe me, I'll demonstrate you by sharing my screen with Eddie or anybody else.

ME: I assure you, I am not using any extensions or third-party tools. The automatic bets issue in Baccarat was genuine and caused significant loss. I'm ready to demonstrate by sharing my screen if needed.

Once in dice it happened with me I was playing 0.5$ on 100x and suddenly after some 4-5 rolls my balance was over .... I had 60$ in account not a lot but still enough that 0.5$ start won't end in 4-5 rolls.... when I checked my bet section it showed 3-4 rolls with 0.5$ and then suddenly 58$ bet.... no one believed me that time neither I had video of that

Bets getting placed automatically is not users fault.

Stake should issue refund as a goodwill gesture .

well I don't know how to play backraat but this is not a good thing every cents is a important if the customers is not a satisfying then how can we trust stake they need to return this money or need to fix this this faster aas much as you can i hope that users money came back or stake fix this if not then this is not good for a custumers trust

this is the exact reason i stick to orignals and never touch live games at least provide clarificaiton on this  please help  stake

Dear concerned team, kindly please investigate the above issue, and provide the needfull help to the customer as he mentioned his bets were automatically placed and amount was loosed due to the glitch of the system.

I joined stakes before a 1.5 months and so far enjoying this platform without any issues with friendly customer support. I hope the glitch will be fixed soon and support will be provided to the customer fairly if the error is from stake side. Please investigate on this.

Stake shoul provide good support to the old customers who's genuinely having big issues due to system glitch. Hope Eddie will sort it out soon..

thats surely some glitch .  So caution and care should be taken  both by users and stake . so that no other users faces this issue again. hope caveman gets his loss money (due to glitch) refunded  .
