lucifo Posted September 4, 2017 #1 Posted September 4, 2017 Hi all, i don't know what the problem is but i've tried to claim faucet but everytime it states that "faucet claiming is not allowed". Anyone getting the same error? And can someone explain the reason. I asked someone and i was answered that it might be because of having two accounts. Thing is this is the only account i have. Please clarify this matter. Thank you

tjasonj Posted September 5, 2017 #3 Posted September 5, 2017 We don't get an unlimited number of faucet claims unfortunately. I was having a problem with the faucet yesterday, after midnight (whatever time zone the site is hosted in). The faucet should have reset on its own, but a few hours past the reset time, I was still getting that claim not allowed message. I contacted support, and they did'nt give me many details, but did say that they were having some issues with it. I was told to try again in an hour, so I tried 5 mins later and magically it was working. Not sure if this will help, but this is what I did to get mine working again.
