Giveaway Bonus week 122 not claimed

Hello, I won a $5000 bonus in a giveaway week 122 on Stake.com.https://playstake.info/bonus?code=75kRaffleWeek122 
 

However, due to technical issues, I was unable to claim the bonus. I send mails to [email protected] that i not able to acces my account. I have since regained access to my account and kindly request if an exception can be made to honor the original giveaway prize.
