Why support taking that long to fix a problem?

So, 2 days ago i was playing on Crazy Time and the wheel landed on 10, and i had a bet on it, but for some reason, they didnt put the result or did something wrong and the bet was not paid out.   the evolution suport was need to be contacted so the players that was beting on the round get their payments, after i contacted evolution suport the answer was that they was doing the adjustment and the casinos would be contacted to pay the players, some hours later i contacted evolution support again and they said that the casino was contacted and it should be ready to be paid...

a case was openned on stake support to verify and they said that would take up to 24 hours to get the answer, its being almost 48 hours now and i still didnt get the money.

stake support said that they was waiting for a answer from the provider ( evolution ) to verify, so i contacted evolution support again and i explained that stake was waiting for a answer so i can get paid and they imediatelly answered me with the track id and said that is all stake needs to pay the bed so i sent the track id for stake support ( around 2 hours ago ) and i still not getting the money.

 

so, why this taking that long if i got the thing that stake was needing to pay the bet, after i already being waiting 2 days for a solution?

I have the exact same problem evolution said they would make it right but now it’s been 4 days. Do you have the exact time it happened I want to send my bet slip to stake to see if they can fix it.
