Can suspended account still claim bonuses?

Just right before the monthly bonus, my account have been suspended due some silly actions I have done. I had really bad day and was losing almost every hand in blackjack and I decided to pour out my anger in the live support 💀 (I have mentioned that I have lost almost all of my money) that's why they suspended my account.

Well next day I have realized that being restricted from gambling will be better for myself but there is only one thing I am wondering about is monthly bonus. I have been asking the live support multiple times if I will be able to redeem the bonus, the answers were against each other. One support told me that in fact I will be able to claim my bonus, other one told me that I won't. Anyone knows the truth??

UPDATE: I haven't received the mail about monthly bonus but via link I was able to claim the monthly bonus.

Why would that statement matter? The monthly is based on previous month gameplay not future. I would be suprised if you cant claim it if you still can log in at the account.

Why do you think that so? The reload currently I have is still working and it let me claiming that
