how is the process if somes ticket get selected in weekly raffle

does Stake send notification email or that user has to come to forum and check by him self each time to verify if has won or not ?

and does this claim have time limits for claiming or can be claimed any time after the raffle ?>

But there is a time limit. The bonus gets dismissed if it’s not claimed within certain duration. I’m not aware how long though. I have seen one person regretting about it
