My stake account (5332$) got banned for no reason

I registered here after few days of betting I've lost like 3000$ but I know the risks and it's okay
after few days again my balance reached 5332$ and my account got disabled for no reason
I contacted support and they told me I have been registered before BUT im sure I wasn't 
I asked them to show me at least the email that was registered before so they can restore my account 
They told me to text on email and they will show everything. I texted and got a reply that they will not provide anything.
I told them I can provide every document they need to prove I have no other accounts and never had.. and they stopped answering
