Bittrex exchange to let investors swap dollars to cryptocurrencies

In trading in cryptocurrencies most if the time we need to trade first USDT to Btc and then Btc to other crypto that we want. 

Well now Bittrex is into the next level of trading by allowing investors to buy digital coins with American dollars.

I guess that this would be a lot easier for dear traders although this might affect also the btc market. What do you think of this one?
