20$ recent play for 1040$ loss before hitting plat 1

I just lost 1055$ just before hitting plat 1 and I was 3750$ wager away from hitting it. So After hitting plat 1 I got only 20$ recent gameplay bonus and 3.75$ reload for 14 days.

Look at support saying its marketing teams decision, for me marketing team sucks. I have been using stake from 2020 and they didnt send me any bonus email and my bonuses always sucks even if I am in loss. 

Look at support sending me copy paste messages again and again. For a 4 year old stake player I didnt expected this from stake.

1million would be good but was expecting atleast 50$ recent play and its about marketing team not giving me anything other than base amount

Thats the exact same case with me. I am not here to complain about the bonus, because its anyway the free money. Even I got $20 recent gameplay bonus for reaching plat1 despite wagering around $30k in 1 week and losing over $500. The support told me its system generated , so they are helpless.

On plat 1 I got reload 8$ for 14 days

Its based on how much you lost between level gold and plat 1 and if you had alot of bonuses between these levels aswell and what games you play. Thats why its different from player to player. A Guy playing originals will get less then a guy spinning or buying bonus buys.

its not just based of your last week, its based off total amount time took u to get from gold to plat 1

Yes right but we all indirectly know that stake gives something for recent losses but they gave me base amount and small reload 3.75$

I am regular from a year now so It took me like 3 month to reach plat 1

Yes but they gives bonuses for recent losses after level up

yes atleast a 5$ reload or 50$ recent play but they gave me all base amounts
