Notifications have become the easiest way to reach people, it seems. Why should we see our peers face to face when all our meetings and tasks and important conversations are possible to handle right from luxury of the latest Samsung or Iphone? That was a sarcastic question, so if you were nodding your head in understanding then it is probably time for YOU to take a quick break. Yes- take a break, away from the device. Wait! Before you take that much deserved and a much-needed break, here are some thoughts to consider while… breaking. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In between notifications take a few moments to inhale a deep and delicious breath of air and just enjoy that renewal. ✨Life✨ is in the invisible molecules of oxygen that swirl and tumble through the air fueling our minutes, hours and years. Those years fly by quickly, so do yourself a favor and take a break. ✨Life is good, even when it is bad.✨ Simple machines cant compete with the wonderful things in a human mind! It is a privilege to exist as individual people, and it can be an amazing and rewarding experience if we insist that we take the time to really✨ENJOY LIFE.✨
