Unfair support from Stake

Hello, I am more than correct player here, depositing every week. I am here for fun but when are situation like this, I just want to leave

This is 4th time I didnt been credited for win on Baccarat, I wrote to support last two times, they told me they will update me for that but of course never happened. Today same story, two times I win but money is not credited. Even i have screenshots now I am not able to write to support. Whats happening 😞

i got my baccarat win after like 20 min i complained to support at live casino not to stake

Wow, that's absolutely ridiculous! I hope you get an answer soon!

By the way, were you playing on one of those game providers or with Stake Originals? It could possibly explain why it's taking so long to credit. Perhaps there's a delay in communication between Stake and the provider...

Idk if it helps but try clearing the cache then going back into it. It helped me when I won a 300.00+ bonus on a slot game. Also I went into a different slot game where apparently I wasn’t credited and it said you had an interrupted game and it finished and credited me money I didn’t even know I was missing. Makes me wonder how many others I didn’t notice.
