Why do we have vip hosts

I have to admit, I like the odd chat with my host but if I ask for anything it’s about checking an automated system which tells me if I can recieve anything? 
 

if I want to reset reloads I have to ask which always gives me a sense of guilt for asking ..

it may be just me other thinking this but please tell me your experience of having a host, they are great people but from a business point of view what are the pros and cons? I mean no one ever questions rakeback? But I often hear issues about loss back.

I know other casinos give loss back after 100 loss I’m not sure how stake do this but from experience I’ve seen it done by vip host choice I’m sure there is an algorithm and I appreciate the monthly vip bonus, it’s just something that has been bothering me lately..

I remember when Stake suggested that if you wanted an iPhone instead of your monthly bonus, then your VIP host would coordinate that for you. Just like everything else, it's become an outdated model as Stake has gotten bigger. An AI could perform their tasks just as effectively, and without the unconscious bias. I am very lucky to have Laura as my host. I've heard so many horror stories from others about their hosts, and it really isn't fair. If you level up or your reloads expire during your host's day off, your only choice is to wait. Even the backup hosts won't help you. So, even though Platinum 4 grants you these extra benefits, feeling like a "VIP" is no longer the goal. 😕

Im stuck with Ana...

- waiting time for her to answer: minimum 3-4 hours (when she is on "fast" reply)

- not a single gameplay bonus in 5 weeks. 
 

- Lost 800$ in a day and she says "no bonus available" eventhough im at my absolut lowest point on stake

- gave me 440$ recent for reaching platV - after losing about 32.000$ from plat4-plat5 😂

 

overall a shitty customerexperience.. 

i had Jelena befor and thought she was bad- but Ana ist next level awfull and the main reason i basicly quit from stake.com ...

I’m not bashing hosts as sure they have conditions set out by them, I’m thinking more of a system where players are assured of where they stand

Givit, you have just hit the crucial point, why we need a host? A host is an employee that should gives you a better service from what support could gives, but why we need a host if an ai can do the job?

Now how an ai can do the job:

We are been treated as a numbers individually, a host should look and see that you are hardly defeated, he should try to get you the best of losseback, but that's ain't happening, I always need to lose 1k to get a maximum of 30$, means 3%, while on other casino, you get minimum 10%, knowing that our big pnl minus is on stake and not on other casinos, my losses on other casinso cannot reach 10% of what I lost on stake, yet maximum I get is 3%.

Also if you lose and ask for losseback, you won't get anything if post or pre monthly, or monthly is in the same day, they will tell you sorry, nothing for you now but you will get soon a bonus, in other meaning, what the hell does extra bonus has to do with my losses, I should get losseback if there is bonuses coming  or not.

What I meant about AI is that your host doesn't treat you as a human that you just lost fortunes, and doesn't also treat you as a player losing each time k after k, so he/she should try to get you an extra decent losseback.

Also another point, every host should drop a monthly VIP host bonus, but somehow always the host is postponing the days and don't drop on time, like this time the host is late 7 days, last time the host was late 5 days, so we will reach a point later where total your host will be late 30 days and a complete of VIP host monthly drop will be vanished.

Conclusion, even with all our loyal years of playing, and all of our losses, we are been treated so badly, but not from hosts, it's from stake management that are tying the hands of the hosts so they cannot gives us a fair services

I just leveled up to plat 3 and thinking if the vip hosts are as much useless  as fucking bots from  live support then whats the point to go any further...

Btw it took me about 4-5 months to go from plat 2 to plat 3 dont know much I lost 15-20k maybe more and received 80 fucking dollara loss back what a joke and reloads arebonly 20.51 and I had 18.60 for plat 2 what a progress

i have exactly the same experience with vip hosts. not sure why we have vip host because all they do is reload reset but only if you ask for it and once a month a tiny "vip bonus " they always saying how much better if you have vip host but in reality nothing at all. even non vip get get weekly or monthly. im not hating them but what they can do is basically nothing

Not sure why we really have them. I haven't received anything from my host besides reloads despite being down thousands nor have I felt like a "VIP customer" since reaching plat 4. It has only made me feel guilty for asking for my reloads to be renewed each Monday. 

I once tried asking for a loss back bonus after being down -6.8k for the month and in respons I got a long generic answer explaining that my daily loss ain't big enough and that "the monthly bonus" is around the corner (?) I'm down like 30-40k since january, so that felt kinda fked up lmao.

I got tamara and im satisfied fast respond time and good reloads.

AT a different site I play at all reloads are automated. When the week is over you can immediately reactivate it, also you can switch from daily/hourly/10min as often as you want.

Don't understand why it's so hard for stake to do that,

Also played there couple times only and over 10k in profit which I most likely lost on stake later
