Stake Live Support always "Your conversation has ended"

I am trying to contact stake live support as there is a corresponding bet that I made where my fund and winnings did not register/return to stake as I believe that there were some connection errors during that occurrence. The live casino(evolution) already forwarded my concern and made a ticket to check, also sent an email to [email protected] 11 hours ago.

I can't use live support yesterday, as every after reply by the support "Your conversation has ended" within seconds.
