Hi everyone,

New here in the forum, but old user on the site. I registered to explain you a situation that clearly made me take the decision to leave Stake.

Diamond I, tens of millions wagered, lost track of how many thousands lost 🤣 Around three years actively playing at Satke.

Today, after receiving the Top Monthly VIP’s bonus, I made an observation to my VIP host regarding the lack of transparency on the bonuses. I received 4k with over 6.5M wagered, which in % seemed a bit low. 

I want to make clear I was polite, I did not demand anything, I just said that bonuses are on a downfall and lack of transparency on its calculations is frustrating, and that I was disappointed on the bonus received as I indeed was expecting more.

The answer:

“You’re welcome”

I beg your pardon? I have nothing to be welcome for. I wagered my way into the bonus, nothing was given to me.

I certainly like Stake, I do think they have a great product, but if this is the kind of treatment a Diamond I player receives from a “VIP Host”, can’t imagine on lower levels.

I won’t disclose my Host, this has nothing to do with a revenge. But if someone at Stake does care about the users and wants to know further to avoid this situation happening again, feel free to contact me.

On my side it’s quite clear, I will collect the pending reloads, the weekly and ran away with my money elsewhere.

Here i am plat 5 with 399k wager and got 3k ... that s not normal for a diamond with 6.5m wager to get 4k only...

It is not only about the money, it’s the teasing and the lack of respect. That’s my host response after telling her I was leaving:

Don’t let them make you think they care, they just want to squeeze and once they got the juice, they can care less. And I repeat, I did not request anything, the only think I demanded is respect, which shouldn’t even be demanded, even less from a supposed VIP Host.

The last part of what you said is 100% true. They want to get everything out of you possible and then when your broke the campaigns they run to bring in fresh money and rinse them too. That's not just stake, but stake is a master at taking it all

There are other sites. They'd be happy to have your traffic. If the situation doesn't get better with the bugs, the slowness, the riggedness, the low bonus, I'm certainly moving away in a couple of weeks (already opened 3 accounts at other crypto shops)

Just in relation, to your Monthly you said you got $3k for $399k wagered....was this for monthly or was it the VIP Monthly Top bonus?

Was the Top Monthly, i really don t understand how these bonuses works, in march i got 3k with 400k wager and in may i got 1k for top monthly with 1.6m wager 😂 but i had 16k profit.

For the monthly top March-April i wagered $7m and got a $600 bonus 🤷‍♂️ with a pretty big loss

I think is only one reason for that, under your host are a lot of high rollers , they have a budget i think, for every host, X amount of money for Top vip monthly, that s why you get low bonuses with 7m wager and negative balance, if your host have 20 more high rollers who wager 10-20-30m / month that's why you will get small amounts... i don t think is another reason . Also , i am only plat 6, the difference between our bonuses is huge .

What's the point of a VIP host? Seems like it's only a marketing tactic to entice people to reach Plat IV. Because from my experience they provide basically nothing.

Whoa! I don't have a host. Struggling plat III. 

I'm curious, does the loss back factor in to the monthly?

For example:

Player 1 wagers monthly 100K loss -20K and no loss back given. Then monthly will be X

Player 2 wagers monthly 100K Loss -20K and asks for loss back. Then monthly will be X - loss back already given throughout the month

Probably X - all bonuses already given ( Drops + Top monthly + rakeback + boosts + e.t.c)

Not exact science, just wondering from all the comments I have been seeing.

Yeah the loss back is AMAZING! I'm down 6 figures this year and I've gotten close to 300 bucks back from my host. Stake is the most generous and fair casino in the universe!

They do not calculate your loss / year, you must ask your host for a lossback when your stats are on negative balance / day. I was down 70k$ in a day, i ve asked my host for a lossback and he gave me 6830$ bonus .

Having the worst VIP Host this time after they transferred me automatically few months ago.

 

Haven't got a single normal gameplay/lossback bonus from my Host In 2 months now.. Before this he wouldn't give it either because I was going to be picked for the Monthly Top Vip player bonus.. Not playing just for the bonuses but it seems like they are not trying to give out more bonuses anymore or they are being very selective on who to give bonuses.

Thing is bonus is lowered if recent bonuses claimed by player are more, example monthly, weekly and level up bonuses. They all count towards amount of top monthly bonus. These are hidden facts, but no other explanation seems to make sense except what I said above...

Did they ever contact you to make this right at all? I’m newly diamond 1 and I’ve had my host xfer 3x this year, like them so far but not much special about bonuses… had them give me like $20 once and $50 once as a courtesy but lossback was flat denied the two times I asked for it and was on my ass hard. Every time I level up the bonus is great but suddenly all the games are tight and the originals I’ve 1000% positive been blacklisted from at least for a few months. My one year stake anniversary is January 18, 2025… I wager a LOT… but other than normally getting top monthly and once getting a “opposite of top monthly” bonus and my weekly reloads I’ve seen nothing whatsoever of special treatment unless it’s so subtle it’s never been noticed? 
they’re nice and respectful overall though. I think my first host traded me bc she thought I was difficult, but I was just trying to have a better understanding of how things worked is all and I was nice overall but shortly thereafter the xferring of hosts began and I’ve been sweet as pie to the other two
