When you level up you just need to refresh the page and a automatic message from live support pops up, it might not be the same right now tho when they are having big problems with the lag on the site.

Customer support and VIP experience is terrible here now. You are not alone. I recently leveled up to diamond and took over 24 hours to get recognition and bonus from host. Hence why I closed my account after cashing out the bonus. Not going to play high limits where I am not valued. Too many other platforms that will.
