Cashout button was bugged

I recently played stake originals, while playing crash and having a bet on, the cash out button was disabled. It was a 100 usd bet that ended up crashing at 45x. I tried refreshing the page mulitple times even opened new windows to try and load crash but it just wouldnt let me click the cash out button. Had this same exact issue happen to me. Learnt my lesson and will always play with the payout being what I want it to be.

Sometimes that's can happen, one time it bugged for me and it crashed after my target.

It was 40x on 2$ bet

every 1 out of a 100 bet the button stops to work or even more often, support says it is ur internet but obviously that is not the issue, i usually refresh stake and i can cash out in time, if it is a low crash it does not really matter if the button is not working

Yes this is a common occurrence, the site will disconnect you to prevent you cashing out and profiting. IT has done this to me many times. It disconnects me when my target shows and it disconnects me during a round to stop me cashing out. Everytime I play the same thing happens over and over.

Yes. they will blame you with the excuse of your internet connection. What was set to auto cash out ?

 

if you were On mobile try to close the browser app and open quicly check it that works for you. Also you can try by turning off wifi and on

happens to me very often , best is to set the cash out !

The Support told me my Internet connection is to slow but that is simply not right, if i gamble PS5 games with the same connection it should be enough for crash LOL
