No email bonus even though email notifications are on

Hi there, a lot of people got a bonus mail today, but I didn't even though I sent my email notifications on every time since iam playing on stake ... I even said 2 days ago in support that I can't get any emails for some time and there will fixed it,  now I don't have this bonus mail. Can anyone help or has the same problem... It's just really stupid when everyone gets this bonus, but not yourself, even though you've been active here for years.  

I'm really angry about such a crazy principle
