Circle of sylvan

Has anyone had any issues with the game circle of sylvan? It’s a new release but seems to be malfunctioning. When the tree is full it’s supposed to spin the wheel for the prizes. But in two separate base bet amounts mine appears to be stuck. Live support said they would forward it to technically but have no idea on a response time.

i maxed even the winning bets but that mf tree isn’t popping i wasted my 300$ but nothing happened!! 😔

Sameeee.. I’ve maxed the first two bets on .20 cents and .40 cents and it’s not doing anything at all. Just stuck in full. When the coins land in the max side it just doesn’t do anything.

Have you tried contacting live support? I messaged them and sent them screenshots they said they will forward it to technical. @Kakashi060894

I hope so. I’m afraid to play more because I know if I lose the game I.d. by playing other games there will be no proof lol I think they only go back as far as 1k games in your game play. So things like plink/dice would easily bury the game id’s.

Hmm true i am late to this as i thought i was the only one getting this bug i lost my level up bonus around 200$ and more after that just to  pop this tree i regret everything now 

hopefully its a bug and we get something back tho

@Kakashi060894 so technical finally answered. They claim the tree is just animation and it being full doesn’t mean  it’s going to activate the wheel. Even though for me everytime it was full it activated. So according to them it’s fine. I just won’t play it anymore.
