Faulty/Rejected Bets/Missing Funds

On the 30th of April 

I have encountered 2 faulty bets, only 1 has been refunded to me.

At 16:09 CEST While I was playing Stake Exclusive Blackjack 21, I have placed a bet of 275€, the dealer hasn’t dealt me the cards and the bet has not been credited back to my balance.

The bet doesn’t have a bet ID which makes the situation worse.

 

But then I kept on playing and the second faulty bet occurred, I won a blackjack bet of 109.88$ but again, it wasn’t credited to my balance.

And it also doesn’t have a bet ID.

That same day I have informed the support team about the issue, and after the revision of the tech support team they have decided to only refund me the second bet with a bonus of 119.88$.

The tech support team won’t acknowledge the missing funds from the first bet.

Now my question is, how can one trust the diligence of the tech support team when they get to choose what bets to refund and which not to when the player doesn’t even have the bet ID.🙃

Same thing happen to me yesterday  its been 30 hours but  still i didn't  receive  any money by evolution  my bet was rejected  and money gone evolution  staff accept  there was mistake by them but stake staff still checking  i don't  think  stake taking  that ser issue @Edward @Steve @Mikey

So, If I understand correctly, you bet on the hand before it started, but the dealer made an error and didn`t deal you in.. and, but your stake wasn`t returned?

how about the second hand? You made your bet again, and it was accepted, were you dealt in by the dealer?

The first bet I wasn’t dealt in nor have I received the your bet has been rejected notification, yet the bet amount wasn’t credited back.

And the second bet I was dealt in, played the hand and the winnings were not credited to me, but later refunded.

good luck man, allthough rare, these things happen, will follow the thread to get more insight in how to handle wen/if it happens to myself. keep posted plz. GL GL

Big UPDATE

I just got refunded 321€ from the first bet, a big thank you 🙏🏻 

Advice to you guys, keep stressing the situation if you know you’re right.

For me it was a constant roller coaster, of them denying there are no missing funds  and me escalating the situation again.
