genco Posted May 7, 2024 #1 Posted May 7, 2024 I received an email promising a $50 bonus upon depositing and wagering $200. Despite meeting these requirements, the bonus hasn't been credited to my account. Customer support advised me to wait an additional 16 hours. After approximately 20 hours, I contacted them again, and they informed me that I'm not qualified for this bonus. When I asked for the reason, he told me, "Sadly, we do not have any insight on that. :/" So, it seems there was never a $50 bonus, after all. At the very least, I wanted to know the reason for this discrepancy.
hishamahmedx Posted May 7, 2024 #3 Posted May 7, 2024 Are you sure that email is from stake.com? I've been using stake.com for about 4 years and have never received or seen an email like that before, asking to deposit a specific amount of money to get a bonus.

They even asked me to forward the email, and it's legitimate.
7hank2U Posted May 19, 2024 #6 Posted May 19, 2024 Same thing happened to me. Promo said to wager at least $500 or more then receive $50. I wagered over $500 next few days i haven't received anything. Ask them why because of some hidden criteria that support doesn't also have an insight.

I don't think I will ever use stake again. Any updates?
