user need notification for delay / trouble wallet

Last week the eos network had problems and stake made a warning, but it was on the live support page. (who would see it if it was put here?)

and now usdt deposit the same thing and I don't see any notification about this. live support didn't answer for more than 30 minutes.

My suggestion is to provide notification if there is trouble with the deposit system, so that users will wait for the network to return to normal before making a deposit.

stakes must do something that keeps the user's attention
